Each Wyoming Warm Mystery Box contains a surprise assortment of items, with contents varying from box to box.
Our boxes are packed and sealed before being assigned to customer orders, so even we don't know which assortment you'll receive!
Choose from Small, Medium, or Large, with Regular, Premium, and Sparkle options available depending on the size. Then get ready to enjoy the unexpected!
What's the difference between Regular, Sparkle, and Premium Mystery Boxes?
Every Wyoming Warm Mystery Box starts with the same thing—a little curiosity and a whole lot of surprises!
But depending on which box you choose, there may be something extra waiting inside.
Regular Mystery Boxes
Available in Small, Medium, and Large, our Regular boxes offer the same classic Wyoming Warm mystery-box experience: a surprise assortment of packages and items waiting to be discovered. The difference is the room available inside each box.
Our Large Regular box provides more room for larger unopened, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. Regular boxes do not include added items from our separately sourced featured inventory.
Sparkle Mystery Boxes
Available in Small and Medium, Sparkle boxes include the mystery-box experience plus a gemstone surprise!
It's our way of adding a little extra sparkle to the adventure.
Large Premium Mystery Box
Our Large Premium box includes at least one guaranteed featured item from our separately sourced inventory, along with the mystery-box assortment.
Large Premium Sparkle Mystery Box
Want a little of both? This option includes the Large Premium experience—with its guaranteed featured item—plus a gemstone surprise!
Whichever you choose, the specific contents remain a mystery until you open your box.

Contents vary from box to box, and specific products, brands, quantities, or values are never guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

Are the items in my Mystery Box new or used?
A little of this, a little of that—and always a surprise!
Our mystery boxes may contain unopened mail parcels, undeliverable or unclaimed packages, returned shipments, and other items obtained through wholesale liquidation and e-commerce inventory suppliers.
Because these packages and products come from different sources, their conditions may vary.
Some items may be brand new in their original, unopened packaging. Others may have been opened, repackaged, returned, or show signs of handling or previous use.
And here's something important: an unopened mail parcel doesn't necessarily mean the items inside are brand-new.
Because we don't open and inspect every individual package, we cannot guarantee that every item will be new, complete, or in perfect working condition.
That's part of the mystery-box experience: a collection of unexpected discoveries, each with its own story!

How many items will I receive in my Mystery Box?
That's one of the surprises!
Every Wyoming Warm Mystery Box is a little different. The number of items or packages inside depends on their individual sizes, shapes, and how they fit together.
Our Small, Medium, and Large Mystery Boxes contain the same types of mystery contents, but offer different amounts of room for discoveries. Large boxes can accommodate larger packages. We don't guarantee a specific number of items or packages unless expressly stated in the product description.
And remember, one unopened mail parcel might contain a single item—or several surprises tucked inside!
Only our Large Premium and Large Premium Sparkle boxes include at least one guaranteed featured item from separately sourced inventory. Sparkle options also include a gemstone surprise. You'll find the details in each product description.

Can I choose what's inside my Mystery Box?
Now, where would the mystery be in that? Haha!
At Wyoming Warm, the surprises are part of the adventure, so customers cannot select specific products, brands, or packages for their boxes.
Here's how we keep things interesting!
We randomly select packages as we pack each mystery box, making them fit together like a little puzzle! If a package doesn't fit, we simply set it aside for another box and grab something else.
Once a mystery box is packed and sealed, it's ready to be assigned to a customer order. That means we don't know which customer will receive any particular box until after it's sealed.
You choose your box size and mystery-box experience, and we take care of the surprises!
No special requests, no handpicked favorites, and no peeking ahead to see what's waiting inside.
The mystery is yours. The anticipation is half the fun!
Can I watch my Mystery Box being packed?
You sure can watch us pack mystery boxes! And we'd love to have you join the fun!
During our live packing sessions, you'll get a behind-the-scenes look at how the magic—or perhaps a little organized chaos—happens at Wyoming Warm. Haha!
Watch as we randomly select packages, fit them together like a puzzle, and fill each box with surprises. Sometimes everything fits beautifully. Other times, well... that package is going to have to wait for another box!
But here's the fun part: you won't know which box is yours!
Our mystery boxes are packed and sealed before being assigned to customer orders. So while you might watch a box being packed, there's no guarantee it's the one that will arrive at your doorstep.
And if you can't join us live? No worries! Your mystery box will still be waiting to surprise you when it arrives.

Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
We're sending a little Wyoming Warm curiosity across the country!
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping isn't available at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated separately from the price of your mystery box and displayed before you complete your purchase. Rates vary depending on your destination, and shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may cost more.
One little shipping detail!
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a valid physical street address when placing your order.
After all, we'd hate for your mystery box to get lost in the mail, only to turn up four years later inside somebody else's mystery box! Haha!
Once your mystery box is on its way, we'll provide tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once you've placed your order, the adventure is officially underway!
Because we may begin preparing orders shortly after purchase, orders generally cannot be canceled or changed once placed. Returns and exchanges are also generally not accepted, subject to applicable consumer protections and the circumstances described in our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my Mystery Box arrives damaged or something goes wrong with my delivery?
Oh no! That's certainly not the kind of surprise we want you to receive!
While we can't control every bump along the road, we do care about what happens between our packing table and your doorstep.
If your mystery box arrives with visible shipping damage, please take a few photographs of the packaging and any affected contents before throwing anything away.
If your package goes missing, arrives incorrectly, or you experience another genuine shipping or fulfillment problem, please reach out to us at orders@wyomingwarm.com with your order number and a description of what happened.
We'll review the situation, help investigate when necessary, and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Do I have to be 18 or older to purchase a Mystery Box?
Yes, you do! Wyoming Warm Mystery Boxes are available for purchase by adults aged 18 or older only.
But that doesn't mean the excitement has to be enjoyed alone!
We know there's something special about gathering around a mystery box with family or friends, wondering what surprise might be hiding inside the next package.
Adults are welcome to share the unboxing experience with younger family members. Just remember that our boxes contain surprise assortments of items, and some may not be suitable for children.
We encourage parents and guardians to supervise younger participants and use their discretion when handling or sharing the contents.
The purchasing is for grown-ups. The curiosity? Well, that's something we can all appreciate!
Restoring the Mystery
Sometimes a perfectly good surprise arrives with packaging that's missing, damaged, or simply seen better days.
When appropriate, we may carefully repackage these items in Wyoming Warm packaging to help protect their contents and give them a fresh presentation.
It's a simple way to bring back a little of the excitement that makes opening a mystery box so much fun!
