Because Wyoming Warm Mystery Boxes contain surprise assortments of merchandise, all sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not accept customer-requested cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges, except as required by applicable law.

Understanding the Mystery

Contents, brands, quantities, conditions, and values may vary. Personal preferences, duplicate items, or disappointment with the assortment received are not grounds for returns or refunds.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, box sizes, shipping charges, and order details carefully before purchasing.

If Something Goes Wrong

An unexpected surprise is part of the experience. An incorrect order, missing shipment, or merchandise materially different from what was advertised is another matter.
